How does this program benefit you as both a student and as an employee?

Well I like this program it seems really beneficial for me. It benefits me as a student because I get to work and for doing so I can get a credit. It also helps me grows as a person, student, and employee. It helps me grow because thru the program I get to express my self on the activities I get done at work. The program also helps me to learned of what I do at work. It also helps me remember all I do and in a way on how to better it. Mostly it also helps me on the work I also do at Jittery Joe's because I learned from working at both at once and I get to develop better costumer service. It also benefits my personality because on how I react to situations that I never faced before that will help me thru out all my life.
