Write about an unusual experience that happened at work this week.
Well this week was awful because my supervisors up line was there and I was super nervous. They had came to see how the club was doing and to see what we could improve on. At first I thought it was no biggie. when a new client camed they were observing me and I started to get nervous. When I got nervous I started to sweat a little but I handle it. Then I forgot to explain the benefits of the products to the client. When I forgot to mention the benefits I just played the video of the digestive system to him. after a while I got it together and kept working like I usually do and I started to get acquainted with Olga and it was all good we started joking and in the end things came out great just that bad experience i had.

Week 6 question
How do you approach work and school rigorously?
Well before I used to be so lazy and do what ever. Now I approach both school work and work rigorously and doing what I need to do with out anyone telling me what to do. I do it at work because when I come in i get everything organize and clean all the counters to have a clean area. At school I do approach it rigorously by doing a lot of classes to graduate this may. Mostly I focus on school at the moment because I want to finish soon. I don't slack at work though because I Like what I do and how I help people so I put all my efforts into it. I put the same amount of efforts into both at most times its just sometimes that I might slack in school. In all that's how I approach both school and work and manage them well to also have time to have fun.

What is the best relationship you have built through your job?
The best relationship i built through the job was with my parents. Before we had difficulties getting along. Now since I worked they seen a change in me and treat me differently. They seen that I matured and are less lenient on me. I like the new relationship I built with them. I like it because I get more responsibilities then I used to have. The job has taught me many abilities which have earned the respect of my parents. Our new relationship is great because I like the new responsibilities I take on and how I have matured.

Week Four Question
What changes have you seen within yourself since being employed?
Well I seen alot of changes in my self since I started working. The first change I seen was that I started being more responsible. The second change I notice was that i started being more respectful towards others. Another change is that I change my vocabulary I don't curse as much as I used to. That was a big change for me because I used to say a curse word every time I talked to a person. I also started managing my money better since I see how hard it is to earn money. The biggest one of all was that I'm not as shy with people I don't know that was one of my biggest problems and I over camed it. I like all the changes that I have gone thru since I started workign cause they are god and I have a better personality.

Discuss the best day you have had so far at your job. What made you enjoy your job more that day?
The best day at work was when I got everything right. It was wonderful Because I made all the shakes good. That they they also told me it was the best shake I had made since I worked there. They also had told me that they like the service I provided that day. Another thing that happened that day was that I got a new client and didn't get nervous. I also told the client all the benefits about the products with out forgetting. I will always remember that day because I was proud of my elf and enjoyed it. I hope every day is like that one which it has been lately so i enjoy what I do.

Week two question
After working at your job, do you feel differently about how you will spend your money in the future? Why or why not?
Yes I feel different about how I spend my money now. I feel in that way because I worked for my money and I now see that it is not easy to earn. I say that because getting payed $8.50 and hour is valuable now. Before I would have thought its just $8.50 and now I see it as that's and hour of working not just being lazy standing around. Now i also save money because I don't know when I might need some and if I spend it all I'm going to be broke. I also don't ask my parents for money like I used to because I see that they work hard to make money. It would also seem bad if I just camed and asked for $20 or something when I'm just going to waste it and they work hard for it. So in all I value money more now then I ever did before.
